Step 1:

Bring your items into our store or, if you're outside of Atlanta, give us a call at (770) 551-8564 and describe your piece to one of our professional buyers. If possible, be prepared with important details such as the serial number and condition of your watch and what packaging materials you have, if any. For gemstones, let us know what paperwork you have. We'll ask you a series of standard questions so that we can ensure that we give you the most accurate purchase price.

Step 2:

We will valuate your watch on-site and pay you cash right on the spot and complete the sale. Or, if you're calling in, we will give you our best price quote right over the phone. Then, we'll issue you a fully-paid and insured next-day FedEx shipping label via email, so you can pack up your jewelry or watch and drop it at the nearest FedEx location.

Step 3:

When we receive your package, we go through a painstaking process to document the contents and enter it into inventory, where it is cataloged for your safety.

Step 4:

We then verify our phone appraisal with a thorough on-site inspection. While extremely rare, there are occasions in which the items we estimate over the phone are worth more or less than what we originally quoted. If the stated value should change during our on-site appraisal, we will notify you right away.

Step 5:

Once we complete the appraisal of your watch or jewelry and agree on any necessary price adjustments, we'll release payment to you, either by bank wire or PayPal, so you receive your money instantly. We can also issue payment via direct deposit or certified check, if you choose. If you're trading for another item, we'll simply apply your trade value toward the purchase price of your new item.
