Excellent service - they repaired my Rolex watch promptly and had the parts on hand so they didn't have to send the watch out for repair. They also put a new battery in my back up watch for free so I would have something to wear in the interim.

I came in not knowing anything about Rolex watches other than the fact that mine was broken. Previously I had paid double the money for a big-name Jeweler. I saw Ermitage Jewelers through Google and gave them a shot since they are just down the street. First off, the store has this European charm to it- beautiful walls and displays. I was greeted warmly by Peter and Jake, the owners of the store who immediately helped me out. Jake, the watchmaster, took the time to explain to me not only what was wrong with my watch but how he would fix it in just a week! Im so happy with it, and have since bought 2 more pieces. I really feel like I finally found a jeweler I can trust. High recommended for Rolex and custom made pieces!

I have always been a great fan of Rolex brand. Who isn't? I think Rolexes are the best made and most beautiful watches in the world. But having a good taste does not necessary place me in a category of wealthy crowd. I am the one who always look for a great deal and reliable. That is why ebay always the first place I normally look before making any decision. I was pleasantly surprised that prices Ermitage were offering for my Rolex model could not be even beaten by ebay. Having spent some time in this store, I came to know both owners, Peter and Jake. First thing that struck me is their passion and dedication to their business and recognizing the value of the customer service that can not be easily found these days. Secondly, their prices and inventory were more than fit my bill. Lastly and perhaps more importantly I received the best education and advice to purchase the Rolex I truly love. I can't say enough to express my deep appreciation of Ermitage and their owners. If you are looking for a new or used watch, check them out before buying from anyone else. The worst thing that would happen is you only get educated before making an expensive decision. THUMBS UP.

What a great history, the owner Pete and Jake have. Going back to the beginning with their grandfather in Russia. Their custom jewelry creations are outstanding. Take your idea to them, and they will create a reality. Many other jewelers around the city bring bench-work to them. You will really save alot of time on your custom creations. They have an abundance of quality stones. And the craftsman ship is perfect. They service Rolex's, Cartier, and have one of the largest selections of pre-owned watches in the Southeast. Our first experience with Ermitage Jewelers was a simple watch repair. We were so pleased with the service that my husband had a necklace designed for me as a Mother's Day present. It incorporates each of our children's birthstones and is such a special piece. I recently went to Peter with a very special request. Our youngest child has Asperger 's Syndrome, which is a form of Autism. The symbol for Autism is the puzzle piece, so I wanted Peter to design a diamond puzzle piece that could be worn on different length chains. He actually brought in a puzzle and went through the pieces with me to choose just the right shape. When I went in to pick up the necklace I was speechless. It exceeded my expectations! The pieces that my husband and I have purchased from Ermitage Jewelers are so personal and meaningful to us that we would not dream of going anywhere else.
